There really isn't that much out there for kids relating to golf. It seems that all the sports related items forget about golf. But you can work around it.

First of all, golf balls come in many colors and you can take advantage of that when using them to decorate. But if you don't like the color, get out the can of spray paint! Even consider painting them gold and silver to add some glitz.
Use old golf clubs as a curtain rod to hang tab curtains or a tab valance is a great little golf theme accent.

If your window is narrow enough you can use just one, but if you need to use two you can lash them together with a piece of leather boot lace in the middle.
Drill small holes through several golf balls. Individually thread the leather boot laces through each and tie a knot in the end to hold that ball on securely.

Use these to hang on the front of a flat wooden or upholstered cornice as "fringe", or put two golf balls on one boot lace and use as a tieback. (These will be heavy so fasten securely)
Glue golf balls along the top board of the headboard, or on top of the door and window frames.
Buy a plain coat rack or floor lamp that unscrews at the base, and drill a hole in the bottom of an old golf club bag, insert the rod of the coat rack or lamp through and reassemble.

You could even stick a couple clubs in it, and use a golf ball as a finial on the lamp!

In a golf theme room you can either go with the blue skies and golf course green or you can pick up the khaki colors in plaids and stripes and accent them with black, green or other primary color. Adding a wall mural to one of the walls can give your child a room with a view when there really isn't a view to be had.

Keep the frills out of this room. Golf is pretty neat and trim. As close as you should get to frills would be some pleating, like a pleated bed skirt or window valance.

Leather would go well in here, in either a brown or white. This could be in the form of throw pillows, seating or picture frames and even a tufted ottoman with storage inside.
