Everythings just ducky . . .
This is a great theme for a baby's room, whether it be for a boy or a girl. Whether you call it rubber ducky or yellow ducklings this is also one of those themes that can use a color scheme that will go with many themes making it usable as your baby grows older. When you think baby ducks or rubber ducks, you naturally think yellow for the ducklings and blue for the water. But don't forget green! It works too.

The bed and furniture . . .
If you paint or paper the walls with blue, yellow or green you can get away with natural wood tones or even white bed and other furniture. If however you leave your walls white, I'd pass on the white furniture idea. It's just too much white, and your furntiure gets totally lost in the room.
In one of the newsletters I mentioned that painted furniture with a natural wood top was popular. This would work great here.
